Shipping policy

Where do we ship?
We currently ship to all states in Peninsular Malaysia. We are working on expanding to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) soon.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner overseas, so delivery takes a little longer than local orders.

Delivery time
Peninsular Malaysia: 7-10 business days after dispatch.
Please allow 1-2 extra days during peak seasons (public holidays, 11.11, 12.12, etc.).

Shipping fees
Free shipping on orders above RM150.
Orders below RM150: a flat shipping fee of RM12 applies.

Order tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order through our Tracking orders page, or by contacting our support team.
